PRESS RELEASE

ARREST OF PAROLE VIOLATOR

Today, FBI agents and the Police of Puerto Rico arrested, without incident, Eliezer Martinez, age 21, also known as "Eliezer Gonzalez Torres" in Santurce, Puerto Rico. At the time of his arrest, Martinez was residing at Residencial El Mirador, Building 4, Apartment A-3, Barrio Obrero, Santurce, Puerto Rico.

Martinez was wanted by the State of Massachusetts for a Parole Violation stemming from a previous conviction for the Rape of a Child. He had been a fugitive since March 2005. Martinez was one of the State of Massachusetts Parole Board's 12 Most Wanted Fugitives.

Martinez is currently in the custody of the Police of Puerto Rico - Extraditions Unit pending his extradition to the State of Massachusetts.
